Children's Musical Theatre Camp

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
• Camp Dress Rehearsal on Friday
• Performance: Friday, 5:00 pm

Camp will cover many components of Musical Theatre including,

• Actor Training (memorization, character development)
• Vocal Development (technique, ensemble training)
• Choreography (developing and executing the dance in a musical theatre number)
• The campers will work to develop a cohesive musical theatre review with multiple numbers for the performance.

Registration

• There is no registration deadline. Students will be divided into separate age groups depending on enrollment. Spots are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. After all spots have been filled, students will have the option to be put on a waitlist.
• Musical Theatre Camp is open to students 6 years old and older (as of 6/1/24); we are considering a 3-6 group based on interest. Let me know if you are interested!
• The cost is $150 for first child, $125 for second child, $100 for third + in a family. Each camper will receive a t-shirt to wear for the performance and keep.

Expectations

• Students should expect to spend 30-60 minutes outside of camp working on material each day (memorizing, practicing, etc.).
• Families must agree to have their students abide by a modest dress code when participating in the camp. We
• A release form will be emailed to each family with registration. Each child must have a filled out release form.
• There are opportunities for volunteering, both parents and students! We will provide discounts/service hours. Email me if you're interested!
